“Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”Fred Rogers

Aimee believes it is a privilege to be a helper—a trusted person children and families can turn to when life feels scary, overwhelming, or uncertain. Aimee has been an elementary educator and school counselor for over a decade, advocating for students with exceptionalities and those needing accommodations to support their unique learning needs. Most recently, Aimee earned her doctor of audiology after a rare benign brain tumor led to single-sided deafness and a desire to both learn more about her health and infuse more empathy into healthcare.

Aimee values creating an authentic space where kids and parents can find comfort, clarity, and compassion.

Aimee works with children ages 3–12, providing individual and group counseling and parental coaching. She has specialized experience supporting children who are D/deaf or hard-of-hearing, Gifted, Twice-Exceptional, and Neurodivergent, as well as those navigating challenges with executive functioning, anxiety, depression, and friendships.

Outside the counseling room, Aimee can be found chasing her toddler and enjoying the Orlando food scene with her husband.
