Annalea works with children ages 4-6, as well as teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and family conflict.  Annalea enjoys helping people develop tools for emotion regulation, as well as interpersonal skills.   

It is a privilege for Annalea to walk alongside others through their experiences and be trusted with their vulnerability, helping them live the most holistic, healthy life they can. 

In her spare time, Annalea loves cooking and baking, trying new local restaurants and play card and board games.  

Annalea received her Master of Arts in Counseling degree from RTS-Orlando and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Florida.

• Annalea knows sign language and supported students at UF as a teaching assistant.

• Annalea is the first native Floridian in her family.

• In her free time, Annalea enjoys doing paint by numbers.
